What kinds of properties are eligible for a property tax loan?

We provide loans for any type of real estate upon which property taxes are levied. These include residential, commercial, recreation, or investment. We also allocate funds for land, whether developed or undeveloped. We also provide loans for land, developed or undeveloped, ag exempt or in a trust.

What do I need to get started?

Just the property address and current property owner contact information. That’s it! We’ll take it from there.

Can I get a loan for both current and previous year past-due taxes?

YES! If there are previous years that are owed or an existing property tax loan, we can cure both of these debts and get you a new loan with a clean start.

Can I get a loan if I have bad credit?

YES! We can still extend you a property tax loan with damaged or repairing credit.

Can I get a loan if I have bankruptcy, foreclosure, or pending lawsuit issues?

It depends. Let’s take a look! Every situation is different and every owner has a specific set of unique circumstances. Our team is experienced with in-depth complications and we figure out what is doable, daily. Every property situation is independently considered and our hope is to see your asset stabilized. We are experts in understanding these situations and our team is here to help you through.

How long does this take?

Not long! Typically we are able to get loans approved within 24 hours. Some situations can extend into a day or so. Funding occurs as soon as the loan documents are signed which pretty much depends on your availability. We haven’t had any borrowers disappointed in our funding timing!

It’s simple. By filling out the property submission fields on our home page. We will then get to work and connect with you to determine a loan plan that sets you up for success. It’s that easy. From there, just sit back and we’ll do the rest. Loan documents will be drafted, which we will provide to you via email and we’ll be with you every step of the way. We can walk through the docs with, we’ll schedule your notary for signature and we’ll get countersigned, provide you a copy, wire funding to the appropriate parties, and provide you with confirmation. Loan payments are auto-debited monthly and you’ll have a payment portal to monitor and help with records tracking. We are always available 9a to 5p during the week. How can I notarize my documents?

Right here. Don’t worry we’re here to help you get this done! You are welcome to come to our office to sign, or we can come to you! Multiple Advisors on our staff are certified notaries and we’re available every weekday to come to notarize the loan documents with you.
